Player Testimonial

"Our daughter who is now a freshman, entering the ninth grade recently tried out for the volleyball team at her school.  At the end of the first day of tryouts a couple of the coaches approached her and inquired how long she had been playing volleyball and where had she played.  She responded “I've been playing for a year and half at YLVA and High Potential Heat”.  She was a little concerned because the coaches had a puzzled look and walked away.   For the next two days player cuts were made, a stressful time for all the girls that were tiring to make the team.  However, the girls remaining knew they still may have a chance to make the Junior Varsity or Varsity teams and they were excited.  On the end of the second day the final team announcements were made.   As it turned out our daughter made the Varsity Team as a freshman!  WOW!!

Although, we felt bad for the seniors that did not make the varsity team, we were unbelievably ecstatic that she did!   We truly know that training she received and skills she learned at YLVA and High Potential Heat helped her make the Varsity team.   Again, a big “thank you” to you and the coaches at High Potential, you made a young lady's dreams come true."
